So, it seems like I'm going to need a permit from Hernando County if I want to put up a shed on my property here! I've no idea what this entails or will cost, but at this point I won't let it interfere with my build as I suppose I could always put the TARDIS in the screen room around the pool area without one!
I've emailed the permit department in Brooksville, so hopefully they'll come back to me soon with what I need to do and what I have to pay!
